Everything here is open source and on my GitHub. Radio and embedded work first, then the rest of the Orc family. Status is copied from each repo's own README.
radio & embedded
OrcSDR
Standalone software-defined radio on the M5Stack Tab5. An RTL-SDR dongle plugs straight in; the Tab5 does the DSP, display and audio with no PC.
esp-rtl-sdr
The USB host driver under OrcSDR: RTL2832U dongles as real peripherals on the ESP32-P4, with continuous I/Q. Clean-room, not a librtlsdr port.
OrcMaps
Offline-first map engine for ESP32-S3/P4. Renders from map packs on the SD card with no online fallback. OrcSDR is its first user.
OrcMesh
Native Windows console for Meshtastic LoRa radios: map, monitor, message. Connects to one radio over USB, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi; history stays in local SQLite.
OrcAlyzer
Wardrive evidence analysis across desktop, Android and a Tab5 field firmware. Ingests Wi-Fi logs and PCAPs into a local project vault.
the wider orc family
TheOrc
Local-first AI orchestration: native runtimes and source-grounded memory (Context Fabric) on your own machine, cloud optional.
OrcLink
Edge-control plane for TheOrc: a typed, policy-gated, auditable path to hardware, so an AI never gets raw USB or shell access. Tab5 and ESP32-P4 nodes are measured on real hardware.
TheOrc Companion
Android field node for TheOrc: finds nodes over LAN and Tailscale, runs first-run setup and takes small edge jobs.
TheVisualizer
Winamp-era-style visualizer for Windows that reacts to whatever audio is playing. 39 visual modes, most GPU-native.
BeamForge
Offline Windows app for composing music-reactive DMX scenes and turning artwork into ILDA laser frames. Simulator-first; live output stays blocked until the fixture is verified.
